Program Outline
The Secret Agent Society (SAS) Small Group Program is an evidence-based social-emotional skill development program
It is designed to help children aged 8-12 years old who have challenges with social participation and emotional recognition and regulation.
SAS is run through a digital online platform with espionage-themed games and activities including a multi-level computer game.
Skills Required - Children participating in the program will be required to be able to use a computer/device to be on Zoom and to interact in the game. This includes logging in, typing answers and participating in online group games.

· Recognise emotions in themselves and others
· Appropriately express feelings
· Play and converse with others .
· Solve problems that arise in friendships
· Deal with bullying
· Cope with change
Program component
Activity
Pre-Program assessments and school phone call - Intake interview and questionnaire administration, scoring and interpretation - this will also include a communication with your child’s teacher to provide information on the program once it has begun.
Parent Induction Group Session - Expectations of parents and children, summary of the program and explanation of incorporating the components into everyday activities
9 X fortnightly SAS Child Sessions - Implementation of core content in a fun and captivating way through the use of the online SAS program and Zoom
9 X fortnightly SAS Parent Sessions - Parent feedback sessions
Post – Program delivery - Questionnaire administration, scoring and interpretation/feedback and consultation with parents and teachers (as required). Summary report of program.
3 month follow up
-Agent reunion group - Review of content and implementation in daily life
-Parent reunion group
-Administration of assessments, scoring and interpretation
-Consultation to parents and teachers as required
6 month graduation group
-Agent Graduation group - Graduation and celebration group session
-Parent reunion group
-Administration of assessments, scoring and interpretation
-Consultation to parents and teachers as required
-NDIS reporting
SAS access - Inclusion of SAS subscription and access to digital HQ for 12 months
Total Cost (approx.): $3,076.65
*Charged at standard NDIS rate of $193.99 per hour and groups run at ratio 1:3. Please note that there are a minimum number of required participants for the group to proceed.
Signing of the SAS consent form indicates agreement to participate in the program and participants may not withdraw after this. 48 business hours’ notice is required for cancellations or sessions will be charged as per our service agreement.
Please note that once SAS subscription has been activated, it cannot be refunded.

Participating in the Secret Agent Society entails the following commitments:
· Completion of pre-program assessments (approx. 2 hours, 20 minutes with your child present).
· Attendance at the program parent induction (2 hours).
· Attendance at 9 Fortnightly child only meetings (1.5 hours) and 9 fortnightly parent only meetings (45mins).
· Completion of follow up activities outside of the program (approximately 15 minutes per day):
- Interactive online game play (these are all completed on the Secret Agent Society Digital HQ platform).
- Completing missions and journal questions related to the sessions content.
- A skill tracker to record practising skills in real life focused on during the sessions.
- These activities can be completed between SAS sessions and correlate to content being explored during the child meetings.
· Attendance at 2 follow up child meetings within 6 months of the 9-session content concluding (times to be advised).
