At Biala Peninsula, we offer a range of assessments for children aged 0-12. We conduct Psychological Assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Cognitive & Educational Assessments to assess for learning difficulties. We also offer assessments in Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy.
Our comprehensive assessments utilise a range of evidence-based tools and techniques to assess and diagnose any specific learning or developmental difficulties. Assessment results are detailed in a report, tailored to your child’s specific challenges, along with helpful strategies. This can be very useful to inform and guide the pathways toward assisting your child. In many cases, these assessment reports can also provide a critical basis to apply for broader assistance or funding, within school settings, or in some cases via the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
