New! Aquatic OT 3-day Intensive

Term times:

Join us in the pool these school holidays for a three-day Aquatic OT program!

During the program each child will receive three 30min sessions with 1:1 supports in the pool, designed to:  

- Encourage motor development

- Support effective sensory processing

- Develop social interaction, play and communication skills

Held over three consecutive days in the school holidays, we are now taking bookings for:  

Tuesday 14th-Thursday 16th January 2025, 2:30-4:30pm

Tuesday 21st – Thursday 23rd January 2025, 10am-12pm2:30-4:30pm

Location

Core 24 Health and Fitness, 55 Grant Road, Somerville, 3912.  

Bookings & Cost

The program costs from $353.06 for three sessions.  

The cost is indicative and may vary depending on the number of participants in the program. The cost includes setup and pack up, planning and writing of case notes. Bookings can be paid for using NDIS funding or as a fee-for-service.

Biala Buddies (Group 1) - Program of Support

For ages 7-12. Facilitated by Occupational Therapists. Biala Social Groups provide a supported space for neurodivergent children to connect with each other while exploring and developing their own communication, social and regulation needs. The Biala Buddies group is based on the child’s developmental needs and preference of engaging in social interactions. Typical activities in this group include movement (i.e., tiggy/tag), construction based activities, (i.e., Lego).

New! Prep for Prep!

Join our school readiness program, facilitated by an expert Early Childhood Teacher, Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist from Biala! Does your child need some extra support with their transition to school in 2025? This pre-class simulation program is designed to support children to develop school readiness skills including fine motor skills, social skills, playground skills, managing belongings and following school routines.

Sing, dance and shine in this school holiday program inspired by your music idols! Let your creativity soar these school holidays and explore your love of music in this fun-filled program that will have you singing iconic hits from Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo and more! This fun filled program uses the magic of music and a shared interest in music idols to encourage children aged 6-12 to explore preferred communication skills; engage in a variety of problem solving, fine motor and group activities; and discuss relationships, emotions and resilience through lyrics.
